Where is my order?
First and foremost, thank you for your business! It means the world to us 💛
- If you can't find your order confirmation email or tracking information, please search "Lunar Pooch" in your email inbox. Be sure to check the spam folder :)
- If your order was just placed, please allow 2-3 days for processing from our warehouse & 7-14 business days for shipping.
- If you have received your tracking email, but see no movement, please be patient. It's likely that it's still in transit to the shipping hub or clearing through customs.
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cant find it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Unfortunatly, once it's delivered, there is nothing we have control over.
Can I get a refund or exchange?

- Hassle free exchanges if you need a new size, we'll send you a new one right away!
- We have a 30-day return policy for any items that are in new and unused condition.
- Simply provide as much detail in the form below along with your order number, and we'll make it right!
