• If your order was just placed, please allow 2-3 days for processing from our warehouse & 7-14 business days for shipping.
  

• If you have received your tracking email, but see no movement, please be patient. It's likely that it's still in transit to the shipping hub or clearing through customs.
  

• If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cant find it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Unfortunatly, once it's delivered, there is nothing we have control over.
